Karen was passionate about extracurriculars such as journalism and opera prior to the pandemic. Over quarantine, however, she has discovered that she enjoys covering songs on the ukulele as well. She is a member of her school’s nationally ranked Academic Decathlon team and is in the marching band (flute player) and color guard. Outside of school, she very easygoing and loves working with others.
